2. Description of Service
Ristara is a Vedic astrology-based platform designed to help individuals discover cosmic compatibility and meaningful connections. Our service uses traditional Nakshatra matching and modern technology to provide personalized insights.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ristara. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Disclaimer
Ristara provides astrological insights for entertainment and self-discovery purposes. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our service. All compatibility scores and predictions are based on traditional Vedic astrology principles and should not be considered as professional advice.
8. Subscriptions, Founding Member Purchases, and Refunds
All subscriptions and Founding Member purchases are non-refundable.This includes monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time lifetime Founding Member purchases (Pioneer, Founder, and Royal tiers).
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current or any prior billing period. After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid period.
Founding Member purchases are one-time and confer lifetime access to your tier's benefits. They are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. The Founding Member offer is available until 2026-08-31 and will not be reopened thereafter.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ristara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
